The CHRO Program is an immersive, nine-month learning journey that takes you through a mix of relevant modules that combine theory and real-world case studies, along with video lectures, fireside chats, and research findings.

For nine months, you will engage in a mix of thought-provoking, online, interactive modules where you will explore contemporary case studies, noteworthy research, and applicable best practices. You will also discover how to apply the latest concepts in performance management and people analytics that help your organization achieve a competitive advantage in your industry. The program culminates with two days of on-campus networking, followed by graduation.
