The Hampton-Alexander Review is an independent, voluntary and business-led initiative supported by Government to increase the representation of women in senior leadership positions and on boards of FTSE 350 Companies.
From 2016 to 2020 the Review has reported on over 23,000 leadership roles in the largest listed organisations. Its fifth and final report reflects on the progress made over that period, and shines a spotlight on areas where there is still more to do.
